To request a cancellation, email FindGrowSupply@gmail.com with your order number and clearly state that you wish to cancel.
Before dispatch
Contact us as soon as you decide to cancel so we can check whether dispatch can still be stopped. Include the items concerned if your request covers only part of an order.
After dispatch
A parcel may already be on its way, but this does not in itself remove an applicable statutory right of withdrawal. Tell us clearly that you wish to withdraw; refusing a parcel alone is not a clear withdrawal notice.
Consumer withdrawals
An eligible statutory withdrawal does not require our approval. See returns and withdrawal information for the deadline, return process and refunds.
Changes to an order
For an address correction or product change, contact us with the correct details. A request alone does not confirm that a change has been made.
