Your right to withdraw
For eligible goods, you may withdraw without giving a reason within 14 days after you or a person you nominate, other than the carrier, receives them. If one order is delivered separately, the period generally runs from receipt of the last item.
Send a clear withdrawal statement to FindGrowSupply@gmail.com. Include your name and enough information to identify the order. The statement must be sent before the deadline; our approval is not required.
Returning the goods
Unless we arrange collection, send the goods back within 14 days of telling us you are withdrawing. Contact us for the correct return destination. You may inspect the goods as you would in a shop; only handling beyond what is needed to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning can lead to liability for a loss in value.
Refunds
Following a valid withdrawal, payments, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option, must be refunded within 14 days of the withdrawal notice. A refund may be withheld until the goods or evidence of their return is received, whichever comes first. Refunds use the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, without a refund fee.
Return costs and exceptions
You bear direct return costs only if informed before purchase, unless we agree to pay them. Statutory exceptions can apply, including genuinely personalised goods. A sale price or ordinary opened packaging does not by itself remove the right of withdrawal.
Faulty goods
Contact us about a defect or incorrect item. Applicable statutory remedies remain available separately from withdrawal. Return costs for a defective product are the seller's responsibility.
