Delivery destinations
We currently accept online orders for delivery to Germany, Austria and Czechia. For other EU destinations, contact FindGrowSupply@gmail.com before placing an order.
Shipping charges
The available shipping methods and their charges are shown at checkout for your delivery address and cart. Review these charges before completing payment.
Delivery timing
For a delivery-date enquiry, send us the product name, quantity and destination postcode before ordering. For EU consumer orders, delivery must take place without undue delay and within 30 days unless a different delivery period has been agreed.
Track an order
Check your order-status page and any tracking link included in a dispatch notification. Contact us with your order number if you need a delivery update.
Missing or damaged deliveries
If a parcel is missing or an item arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and details of the problem. Photos of the item and packaging are helpful when available. Your statutory rights do not depend on reporting damage within a short fixed period.
